Regarding road bikes, we recommend that those who are used to sports bikes, such as cross bikes, use them to some extent, but if you are a complete beginner, please ride around the store for a while before setting out. We ask that you get a feel for it before departing.
For your safety, helmets are available free of charge. Gloves are sold in stores.
You can choose from two helmet sizes, S and M, and two glove sizes, M and L.
Yes. A key, headlight, and taillight are standard equipment.
We have cycle racks in the store.
We don't have a parking lot.
There are several coin parking lots nearby, so you can use them.
Please bring ID cards (driver's license, residence card etc.).
There are no changing rooms, but you can change clothes in the restroom.
Please wear clothes that are easy to move in on the day. Please avoid wearing clothes with wide hems, such as skirts, as they may get caught in the chain.
Also, for your safety, please wear sneakers or other comfortable shoes.
You can store your luggage in the lockers inside the store.
Yes. If the bike you want to switch to is available at the store, you can change it on the same day.
Please let us know if you have any concerns about your bike size.
If you would like to transport the rental bike by car, please contact us in advance through the inquiry form.
We may refuse your request if you do not contact us in advance.
Sorry, our bikes are not intended for competitive use.
Reservations may be canceled depending on the probability of precipitation.

When it rains, you are more likely to slip, so don't drive too fast and try to drive more safely than usual.
Depending on the road surface conditions, such as puddles, water may splash violently. Please take proper waterproof measures such as wearing rainwear for sports.

If you can't return your bike on time, please call the store.

Our service is generally available only for one day (9:30 - 17:00). If you want to rent a bike for more than one day, please contact us in advance.
Maintenance or repairs of your own bikes are not included in our services.
Pedal replacements, such as changing from flat pedals to binding pedals, are not included in our service.
All of the bikes in our store have flat pedals, so please do not wear binding shoes.

We apologize, but it is not possible to make reservations for multiple people at once.

Yes. Please cancel on My Page up until the departure time, including on the day of your trip. If you wish to cancel after the departure time, please call the store.
If more than 1 hour has passed from the reservation time without contacting us, we may contact you and cancel your reservation.
If you filter by height when selecting a bicycle, bicycles with sizes that do not suit your height will not be displayed.
Also, depending on your choice of departure/arrival location and reservation date, some bicycles may not be available for use.
If you have a particular bicycle that you would like to ride, please select ``Reserve from the bicycle you want to ride'' when making a reservation.
There are differences between categories, such as road bikes and cross bikes, but there is no difference in speed between bikes within the same category.
Bikes for children are not available now.
If your child rental a bike, please check the appropriate height before making a reservation.
If your bicycle has a flat tire, please go to the nearest cycle shop and have it repaired at actual cost.
If your bike breaks down or is damaged, please stop riding immediately and contact us by phone.
