If you want to make a reservation after 15:00 on the same day, please contact us by telephone.

No, you can't.

Each person of the group has to register and make a reservation.

If someone can't make an account, Please contact us.

Yes. Please do the procedure of cancellation on My Page before the departure time.

When you cancel after the departure time, please call us.

If we don't receive the call by 1 hour after the departure time, we may contact you and cancel the reservation.

When you narrow down the list of bikes by height, the bikes which don't fit you get hidden.

The bikes already reserved are not in the list.

If you want to ride a specific bike, choose "reserve the bike I want to ride" when making a reservation.

Please bring an ID card (Driver's license, health insurance card, Individual Number Card, student ID card, passport, or residence card.)

Please wear comfortable clothes that is easy to move in, and low-heeled shoes such as sneakers for safety.

Please do not wear the flared clothes. These can be caught in the bike chain.

You can switch to a bike that's not reserved on the day of rental. If you have any problems, like the size of the bike doesn't fit you, please let us know.

Cash, credit card, Transportation IC card, iD, QUICPay, and QR code payment are available.

We usually offer rentals between 9:30 - 17:00. If you'd like to rent a bike for more than 1 day, please contact us in advance.

Yes. When you want to use on weekday, please contact us in advance.

However, the rental fee on weekday is 1.5 times higher than the standard one. This is because of additional dealing.

We do not offer rental extension. If you can't return your bike until 17:00, please contact us by phone. The extra charges (500 yen / 30 minutes) may apply.
