Tama Sai is one of the most popular cycling roads in western Tokyo. The total distance is 50km, and it is famous as a place for daily cycling and training for cyclists.
Nakanoshima is located 25km from the river mouth, and is in a good location where cyclists from both upstream and downstream can pass through (due to poor road conditions on the Tokyo side, many cyclists pass through the Kanagawa side).
Nakanoshima is one of the few places where you can easily enter the city from Tama Sai without having to take a detour and have a safe slope and traffic lights.
