Meet at Nakanoshima Home
We will teach you how to ride, saddle adjustments, and safety lessons to ensure safe road bike riding.
*The tour will begin with a maximum of three groups.
*At least one staff member will accompany each group.

We will explain the precautions for safe riding.

Saddle adjustment

Adjust the saddle height to a comfortable level. (If you are a first-time rider and feel uneasy, we will set the saddle a little lower, etc., on an individual basis.)

Lecture on how to ride

We give a lecture on how to get on and off the bicycle, how to use the brakes and gears, and other basic knowledge for safe riding.

※If you have reserved a road bike and we judge that it is too difficult to ride during the riding lecture, we may ask you to change to a cross bike.
② From 10:30 a.m.
Cycling tour starts
We will ride along the Tama River Cycling Road to Takahatafudo.
We will take a 10-minute break at the Local History Park on the way to Takahatafudo.
Please note that there may be more breaks along the way depending on the condition of the participants.

Lunch at Alicia Cafe
It will be time for lunch at Alicia Cafe in Seiseki Sakuragaoka.

At Alisia Cafe, you can enjoy mainly French cuisine. All dishes are delicious, and the restaurant's special Moringa tea is popular among female customers.

Also, if the temperature and weather permit, you can enjoy lunch on the terrace on the second floor while gazing at the Tama River. The location is great since it is along the river.

Takahata Fudo has about 1,300 large maple trees and Iroha maple trees, and historical buildings such as the five-story pagoda and Dainichido can be seen along with the autumn leaves from late November to early December.

RIDEAWAY rents bikes with reservation-only system.

*Please set the time for your reservation at the time when the bike you chose is available. (The system may not allow you to make a reservation at the start time, but actually bicycles will be available in the day of the tour.)
